Sophie fell in love with Portugal in 2013 and moved there in 2016. Like many others, she followed her desire to live by the sea — but why it ended up being Aljezur specifically is hard to explain. It was gut feeling.
On a quiet hill she bought a house and named it Collina Calma. From there she began building a network and founded Aljezur Life — a platform that offers guidance, like a good friend in a place where you don't know anyone yet.

With more than 20 years in hospitality management — and the last 8 running Rental Service Aljezur, her local property management company — Sophie knows exactly what it takes to care for a home and the people who stay in it.
Today she looks after homes of others like her own. With Bespoke Aljezur she takes the next step — bringing property management and real estate together, accompanying clients from the very beginning, from the search to the ongoing care, and perhaps being the first to know when a house is ready to begin a new chapter.
