I'm Sophie. I've lived in Aljezur for 10 years and spent over 20 years in hospitality — with people, hotels and properties. I manage homes here every week, and I built Dream Finder because I watched too many buyers land the wrong house. Listings look the same on the portals, photos are staged, and by the time a good property hits the internet it is often already gone.

You need someone on the ground who sees homes before they are listed, tells you honestly what is behind the render, and walks with you from the first viewing to the notary. That is what I do. I speak to owners and neighbours, I know which houses are quietly for sale, and when you sign with me, I work only for you.

For buyers who know what they want and are actively searching. Deeper diagnostics, more viewings, parallel tracks, six months of after-care once you close.

How the search runs

From signature to the day you get the keys.

Kickoff

30–45 minute call with me. We map what you have already seen, where the pain points are, and which package fits.

Active phase

12 months from signature. I run shortlists, viewings, diagnoses, negotiation support, notary coordination.

Watch mode

Automatic afterwards. WhatsApp stays open, I keep an eye on the market for you, no extra cost. Up to 12 additional months.

When you find it

Negotiation, due diligence, notary. If you have a Portuguese lawyer I coordinate with them — if not, I introduce mine.

After-Care

Utilities, tradespeople, first rentals if you want them. Depending on your package: 90 days, 6 months or 12 months.

Founding-5

The first five families in, at Founding pricing.

I can only take five buyers at a time and still do this properly. So I am opening Companion and Focus at Founding-5 pricing to those first five families, in exchange for one honest thing on the other side. Concierge runs at regular pricing from day one.
